Meet Jessica

Certified Personal Trainer & owner of Grit and Grace Fitness

Hi! My name is Jessica, and I'm not just a certified personal trainer; I'm a passionate advocate for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

With five years of experience in the fitness industry, I have had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations and guiding countless individuals toward their goals. My approach is not about quick fixes or temporary results though.  I'm a firm believer in the power of balance – balance in both nutrition and resistance training – to foster a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

I've been where you may find yourself now – caught up in fad diets, severe restrictions, and endless cardio, all in the pursuit of the results I desperately desired. However, I soon realized that many of the things I thought were right were actually detrimental to my metabolism and overall well-being. It was only when I shifted my focus from limiting myself to fueling my workouts and adopting a sustainable training program that I began to witness the incredible transformation of my own body.

But it's not just about physical change. I've also undergone a profound transformation in my relationship with food, the scale, and the mirror. I understand the mental battles that can accompany a fitness journey, and I'm here to help you overcome them.

Grit and Grace Fitness is perfect for a busy working mom! All my workouts are loaded in the app for the week so I can do them when it works with my schedule. Love that I can look at my week and plan when I need to get my workouts in around my call schedule and kids sports. Jess takes my past injury into consideration and modifies workouts when needed. Jess is also great about watching my nutrition and helping me tweak my food to help reach my goals. Grit and Grace has been a blessing for my chaotic schedule.
